Hello, Ready For the Show?

I don’t know which episode we’re on, I think it’s 19, but I may be wrong — we’ll let you know for certain tonight at 6:00PM CST. Worth noting, the Minnesota Timberwolves are in Phoenix to take on the Suns. After our show, you’ll have an hour before tip-off to digest all the things we will have discussed. Are we ready for some fun, or nah?

Seth, I think I speak for all of us when I say that we’re going to do our best. Before previewing tonight’s show, here are some mandatory reminders.

  • To listen to us live via your mobile device, download the Sizzlin’ 99.9 Application for your iPhone or Android Device. Free, very user friendly, and the easiest way to tune-in to our live broadcasts.
  • This is the link to Sizzlin’s LiveStream station, that’s where you may VIEW and LISTEN to our show as we discuss the Timberwolves and other NBA matters. Now, it may or may not work on your mobile device, I’ve received mixed feedback. If you’re on a desktop, laptop, or a compatible mobile device — this is a unique and interactive way to watch/listen to our show.
  • Follow the Break the Huddle Twitter (@BTH_Show) and ‘Like’ us on Facebook (Break the Huddle Show).

If you’re unfamiliar with podcasts, which is fine (it wasn’t until this show started that I had any idea how to download them) FEAR NOT,

For Tonight’s Program

Billy, John and I will recap the week in Wolves action. We’ll quickly go over the victories against the Indiana Pacers and Utah Jazz, as well as Sunday’s loss to the Portland Trail Blazers. From there, many things could happen. Some likely topics are Kevin Love, Rookies, and — despite the rumors — a quiet trade deadline for the Wolves.

We’ll discuss some news around the rest of the league, too. That includes information surrounding Jason Collins, Glen “Big Baby” Davis, Kendrick Perkins, Raymond Felton, in addition to some conference playoff pictures as we are approaching the NBA postseason.

The Wolves are in the midst of an important road trip. It’s likely that we will preview the upcoming matchups between now and our next show, but, we really never know what’s going to happen. “That’s why they play the game,” or something like that.

On behalf of the Break the Huddle Show, thanks for all the support — we appreciate our listeners and couldn’t do it without you. Here’s last week’s episode, you know, if you missed it.
